Celebrating America's 250th Birthday on the National Mall
Hosted by the International Child Art Foundation, the festival brings together young artists selected through the Arts Olympiad alongside over 200 subject-matter experts for three themed days of workshops and performances: Health & Environment, Creativity & Imagination, and Peace & Leadership.
Presented in collaboration with the Female Artists Association of Nigeria, Patterned Pulse reimagined discarded fabrics as vessels of culture, community, and care for the environment. Through upcycled textile remnants, the works explored memory, resilience, and renewal, inviting viewers to see value where others see remnants.
